Retired CEO of Primary Health Network, Jack built PHN into the largest FQHC consisting of 47 sites and 160 providers serving patients in Pennsylvania and Ohio. Jack is a former board chair of the PACHC. He currently acts as a healthcare consultant and small business entrepreneur.

Robert MtJoy
Retired CEO of Cornerstone Care, an FQHC headquartered in Greensboro, Greene County, Pennsylvania.  Bob was CEO for over 20 years, growing the company to sites in Greene, Washington, and Fayette Counties as well as a mobile fan providing services to Allegheny County. CEO for 27 years and received the Carolyn Baxter Lifetime Achievement Award from the PACHC and the Betsy K. Cooke Grassroots MVP Award from NACHC.
