Scope: New Medical Office Building

KHDC developed a new medical facility in Transfer, PA to replace a smaller, out-dated facility which was not equipped to meet the local demand for services. Services offered at the facility include: primary care, specialty services, behavioral health, and a 340B Program pharmacy program. The new building is located on the campus of the Edgewood Surgery Center which creates a cross referral program to strengthen the community health care delivery system

Primary Health Network Social Outcomes
Total Annual patient visits are projected at 40,000. Annual visits at the former facility were 24,000. Future annual visits are estimated based on a coordinated referral system with Edgewood Surgery Center and new appointments. The visits equate to approximately 6,400 new individuals who now have a medical home.

Scope: New Medical Office Building

Keystone Healthcare Development Corporation (KHDC) developed a multi-service medical facility in Ebensburg, Pennsylvania for University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. The building includes two primary tenants: Primary Health Network (Sharon, PA) and University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (Pittsburgh, PA.)

Primary Health Network offers primary care, behavioral health, and a 340B Program pharmacy program at the facility. University of Pittsburgh Medical Center offers a variety of rotating specialty practices, radiology, and advanced lab services. A pad site for a future GI surgery center is also part of the project.

Primary Health Network Social Outcomes
Total Annual patient visits are projected at 50,000. Prior to the project completion, Ebensburg had no medical services dedicated to serving low to moderate income citizens. Annual visits are projected based on historical experience for similar projects. The visits equate to approximately 20,000 individuals who now have a medical home.

Scope: New Medical Office Building

Keystone Healthcare Development Corporation (KHDC) developed a multi-service medical facility in Lewiston, Pennsylvania. The building includes two primary tenants: Primary Health Network (Sharon, PA) and Geisinger Lewistown Hospital (Lewistown, PA.)

Primary Health Network offers primary care, dental, behavioral health, and a 340B Program pharmacy program at the facility. Geisinger Lewistown offers their LIFE Geisinger Program for older adults to support independent living (part of the federal PACE program,) an outpatient lab and a food pharmacy.
